1. Nature of Our Products

All garments sold by Nazariya By Charul are bespoke or made-to-measure, cut and constructed to order based on measurements and specifications agreed with you during consultation. Prices shown on the Site are indicative "starting from" prices; final pricing is confirmed in writing before production begins and depends on fabric, embroidery extent, and any customisation requested.

2. Consultation & Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only once we have received your signed design and price confirmation and the required deposit (see Section 3). Verbal or written interest expressed via WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or our contact form does not constitute a binding order.

3. Payment Terms

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the confirmed price to begin work, covering fabric procurement and karigar time committed to your order. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch or collection. For eligible bridal orders, a three-instalment structure may be arranged at our discretion — ask during consultation. We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods communicated at the time of order; we do not store your full card details.

4. Timelines

Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order confirmation and depend on the complexity of embroidery and our current production schedule. While we work diligently to meet agreed timelines, hand embroidery is inherently variable in duration, and we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to artisan availability, fabric sourcing delays, or force majeure events.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because every piece is cut and worked to your individual specifications, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. Orders cancelled before fabric is cut may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred. We do not accept returns or exchanges on completed bespoke garments, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

6. Alterations

We offer one round of post-delivery alterations at no additional cost, within 14 days of delivery, provided your measurements were confirmed through our standard measurement process and have not changed materially since. Alterations requested outside this window, or due to measurement changes on your end, may incur additional charges.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship pan-India via insured courier and internationally via DHL or an equivalent carrier. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and communicated before dispatch. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country — these are not included in our product pricing. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the courier, though we insure all shipments and will assist with any claims.

8. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to accurately represent fabric, colour, and embroidery detail on the Site. However, because most pieces are individually hand-embroidered and screen colours vary by device, minor variation between the Site's representation and the final delivered piece should be expected and does not constitute a defect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, photography, text, and the Nazariya By Charul name and logo — is the property of Nazariya By Charul and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nazariya By Charul's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment of an event due to shipping delays outside our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will govern that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
